1) Brooke is opening up to Julian for good and I have been rooting for them since day one and Julian is like a-more-charming-ver sion-of-Lucas

and

2) For the second reason, should I explain?
It's Hilary Duff people.
Hilary Erhard Duff.
Finally, a real project for her and it's going to be worldwide.

I just hope that she doesn't disappoint me in Gossip Girl.

Compared to these two, I'm all for Brulian rather than Olivia Burke AKA Hilary Duff and Dan Humprey the loser.
